Our machines use servo motors to drive the hydraulic system. The diagonal pulling arm type clamping unit with crossed reinforcement ribs ensures balanced bearing on each platen. Platen movement is guided by linear rails and a synchronization mechanism for smooth operation. We also apply the “T” type clamping platen, making molds easier to install, more solid, and preventing fixing screws from breaking.

Safe and Intelligent Electric System

In terms of electrical control, Shandong Great Machinery integrates MOOG parison controller, SIEMENS PLC, inverter, touch screen, and low-voltage apparatus.
