How Are ABS Car Spoilers Manufactured

Why ABS Material?

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a high-performance engineering plastic with excellent impact resistance and stable forming properties. It creates parts with smooth surfaces and consistent strength, making it ideal for automotive exterior components such as spoilers.

Design, Engineering & Mold Development

After the design is finalized, the blow-molding mold is produced. Using CNC machining and surface finishing, the mold is made with high precision to ensure accurate dimensions and a smooth final appearance.

Blow Molding & Surface Finishing

During the blow-molding process, ABS material is heated and melted, then extruded into a parison. Air is blown inside the mold to shape the spoiler. Once cooled, the spoiler is removed from the mold.
After molding, the spoiler goes through trimming, sanding, installation-hole drilling, and painting. These steps ensure good durability and a clean, smooth surface suitable for automotive use.
